Pricing FAQ
How does annual billing work?
Pay for a year up front and get 12 months for the price of 10, which is two months free. Growth works out at $99 a month ($1,190 a year) and Team at $266 a month ($3,190 a year).
Do all plans include all six agents?
Yes. Every plan, including Starter, includes the Create, Redline, Risk, Obligation, Search and Renewal agents. Plans differ in seats, contract volume, AI credits, support and enterprise controls.
What is an AI credit?
Credits are used when an agent does work for you, such as a redline pass or a risk review. Paid plans pool credits across the workspace. If you need more, extra packs start at $5 for 10 credits.
Can we try Pactone before paying?
Yes. The live demo needs no signup, and the Starter plan is free. For larger teams we run a pilot on your own contracts with success measures agreed up front.
Do you train AI models on our contracts?
No. Customer data is never used to train shared models, and AI processing is ephemeral.
Can we pay in INR?
Yes. Switch the pricing page to India to see rupee prices: Growth is ₹4,999 and Team ₹14,999 a month, or two months free on annual billing. Prices exclude 18% GST, and we issue GST invoices.
Is Pactone SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. The security page shows the current status of each framework.
