Eleven: Admin, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Ops, Approver, Reviewer, Auditor, Customer, Vendor and Integrator. Customer and Vendor are read-only and limited to their own contracts. Integrator is API-only.

Each tenant is isolated with Postgres row-level security, every request is checked by Open Policy Agent, data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, and the audit trail is append-only and hash-chained.
