The agentic CLM platform: six AI agents, one workflow, one record of every decision
Pactone's super intelligence (SI) layer joins six AI agents, your playbooks and human approval into one system. Follow a single Master Services Agreement through it, from the first draft to the renewal notice.
Start from your playbook, not a blank page
Pick a template, such as an MSA, and the Create Agent assembles the draft from clause-library language your legal team has already approved. You edit in the same workspace, with the agent on hand for anything that needs rewording.
Their paper, marked up to your standards
Upload the counterparty's version as a Word file. The Redline Agent compares each clause with your playbook and returns a .docx with native Track Changes, so it opens cleanly for everyone. Each change carries the reason it was made, and a lawyer accepts or rejects it.
It also catches edits made with Track Changes switched off.
Every flag explains itself
The Risk Agent scores each clause for legal, financial and operational risk. Open any flag to see which agent raised it, the clause and line, a confidence score and the proposed fix. Apply it in one click or overrule it with a reason. Both are logged.
Cap is below the playbook minimum of 3x. Counter-proposal follows master template §12.
Signed terms become tasks with owners
Once a contract is executed, the Obligation Agent pulls out deliverables, SLAs and dates and assigns each one to a role. Every task links back to the clause it came from, so nobody has to reread the contract to know what's due.
Ask a question, get the clause
Search in plain language across every contract, clause and amendment. Results point to the exact section, so you can check the source rather than trust a summary.
No more surprise auto-renewals
The Renewal Agent reads auto-renewal and notice clauses, works out the actual deadline and raises an alert while there's still time to act. It also compares current terms with today's playbook, so you know which contracts are worth renegotiating.
Screens above are illustrative, with fictional counterparties. The live demo shows the real product.
Eleven roles, each seeing only what it should
Permissions are enforced in the database, the application and the interface. Vendors and customers see only their own contracts, read-only. Integrations get API access and nothing else.
Dashed roles are external or API-only and limited to their own scope.
Every action, on the record
AI suggestions, human decisions, workflow moves and access checks are written to an append-only log. Each entry records who acted, in which role, the state before and after, and the reasoning. Auditors get a read-only view and can export to CSV, JSON or Excel.
